You can request deletion of your Waseela account and associated personal data at any time.

Important

Please send the request from the same email address used for your Waseela account so we can verify ownership.

How to request deletion

Email batoolshanzay786@gmail.com with the subject: Waseela Account Deletion Request.
Include your registered email address and display name.
Our support team will verify the request.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible account data.

Data deleted

User profile information such as name, city, country, and profile image.
Authentication-linked account data where deletion is technically available.
Meal posts and request records associated with your account, where eligible.
FCM token and notification preferences.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained temporarily if needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Where possible, retained records will be anonymized.
