- To improve app reliability, safety, and user experience.

Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be visible to other users only where needed for meal sharing, such as your display name, city, meal details, pickup location, and chat messages related to a request.
Third-party services
Waseela uses Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. The app may also use Google Maps/location services and AI image moderation for checking whether uploaded images are food-related.
Data retention
We keep account and app activity data as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety, comply with legal requirements, or resolve support issues. You can request deletion using our Delete Account page.
Children
Waseela is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
